Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is designed to provide you with a worry-free experience in case you need to return an item.
Return Eligibility:
1. You can return an item for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective item (which is rare), please notify us immediately for assistance.
2. All warranty periods begin on the date you receive the product. If the product fails during the warranty period and the failure is due to quality issues and not your own breakage or misuse, we will accept the return, excluding regular returns and refund requests without specific reasons.
3. The product must be in original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
Please provide us with the following proofs before returning:
1. Photos of the front and back of the original packaging
2. Photos or videos of the defective item
3. Photos, videos, or screenshots showing the failure of the defective item
After receiving your returned item, our team will inspect it. If the return is approved, we will process your refund.
Return Process:
Contact our customer service team to initiate a return request.
Please log in to User Center -> My Orders -> Order Details and click the "Request Return" button. After submitting a return request, our customer service team will contact you via the email provided in your account to understand the reason and provide a return address.
Provide your order number, details of the item you want to return, and the reason for the return.
Our team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.
All returns must be authorized by our support team before they can be returned. Refunds will only be made if the return is made to the address specified by the staff. If the customer returns the package without prior authorization, sends it to the wrong address, returns the wrong item, or submits an empty box, no compensation will be provided in this case.
Refunds:
1. During the return shipping process, the customer is responsible for any and all customs fees, excise taxes, or duties during the return of the item. In these cases, we will deduct the customs fees from your authorized refund amount.
2. We will ship the item to the customer by default via fixed-rate shipping. If the customer wants to use a faster shipping method, the relevant shipping costs apply.
3. The customer only needs to pay for shipping once at most (including return); no restocking fee is charged to the consumer for returning the product.
4. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, the refund will be made through the original payment method.
The refund time is approximately 3-5 business days, but the return shipping cost will be paid by the customer.

Delayed or missing refund: If you still haven't received your refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially received. If you still haven't received your refund, please contact our team in time.
